PSD Importer "Layer Management" scrollbar flickers when interacting with the window while "Asset PostProcessors" is expanded
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "LayerManagementScrollbar.zip" project
2. In the Project Browser select the "Fei" PSB asset
3. In the Inspector open the "Layer Management" tab
4. Make sure "Asset PostProcessors" is expanded
5. Click or scroll within the tab
Expected result: The scrollbar does not flicker
Actual result: The scrollbar flickers
Reproducible with: 6.0.0-pre.2 (2021.2.0b1), 6.0.3 (2021.2.17f1), 7.0.0 (2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a9)
Could not test with: 2.1.11 (2019.4.37f1), 4.3.0 (2020.3.32f1), 5.0.6 (2021.2.0a1) - no "Layer Management" tab
Note: When expanding the "Asset PostProcessors" the scrollbar appears even when the window is big enough for the scrollbar not to be required
