Property drawers do not always update height correctly when expanded via iteration
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “SerializedPropertyTest” project
2. Select the “TestList” asset
3. Expand the “Value” foldout in the Inspector
4. Click “Expand All”
5. Observe the Inspector
Expected result: The properties do not overlap
Actual result: The properties overlap due to expandable property drawers not always updating their property heights
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.15f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.7f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1

Not fixed in 2020.3 but it's extremely unlikely anyone will backports the fix until we're out of the LTS period.
