Regression
No
ProjectSettings/GraphicsSettings.asset changes everytime platform is changed, polluting version control
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Go to 'Edit > Project Settings > Editor > Asset Serialization and set it to 'Force text'
3. Save project
4. Make a backup of 'GraphicsSettings.asset' which is located in 'Project Settings' folder
5. Change build platform
6. Compare the content of new 'GraphicsSettings.asset' and the backed up version
Reproduced with: 5.3.6p8, 5.4.2p2, 5.5.0b9
Expected behavior: No changes to GraphicsSettings.asset when switching build platform
Actual behavior: Each time build platforms are switched ProjectSettings/GraphicsSettings.asset is changed, which pollutes version control history
