Project Window's path bar displays information inconsistently when resizing the Project Window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Enter "t:texture" into project window's search field
3. Observe the text bar while resizing the Project window
Expected: the information in path bar is shown consistently (ie folder1/folder2/file.ext OR breadcrumbs) regardless of the path bar's width
Actual: the way information is shown changes depending on whether path fits in the bar's width
Reproduced on: 4.6.9f1, 5.3.7p1, 5.4.3p1, 5.5.0f2
