Project Window does not retain icon size setting if closed and reopened
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Select the "Project" tab
3. Maximize the icon size
4. Close the "Project" tab
5. Re-open the "Project" tab
Expected result: The icon size is maximised
Actual result: The icon size is reverted back to default
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2022.1.0b2

This will be addressed when we rewrite the Project Window in UI Toolkit. We can only address major issues when it comes to IMGUI/uGUI at this time.
