Project Settings/Package Manager foldouts alignment is wrong after changing the Window Screen Size
How to reproduce:
1. Open an empty project (250% Screen Scale)
2. Select Edit/Project Settings/Package Manager
3. Observe the Scoped Registries and Advanced Settings foldout
4. Change the Screen Scale to 100%
5. Observe the Scoped Registries and Advanced Settings foldout
Expected result: there is a space between icons and text
Actual result: icons are almost overlapping with text

Not reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0a8
