Project is not loaded when WW.Cad packages are in Assets/References folder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the folder of the attached project
2. From the Packages folder, copy "WW.Cad.NetCore.1.0.0-rc2" and "WW.NetCore.1.0.0-rc2" into "Assets/References"
3. Open the attached project
Expected result: Editor is open and the selected project is loaded.
Actual result: Project does not get loaded and Editor is not opened.
Reproducible with - 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.3.0a1
Note: If the above-mentioned folders are copied into the "Assets/References" folder once the project is already open, Unhandled Exception errors are thrown in the Console window.
