project hierarchy: alphanumeric ordering no longer works after 1st moving of element
-e: as per title, alphanumeric ordering stays intact in 4.3.2 after moving items around in the hierarchy
-repro
--create new scene
--create empty object and name it 1
--create empty object and name it 3
--create empty object and name it 2
--notice how 2 is moved between 1 and 3
--move 3 above 2
--create empty object and name it 4
--NOTICE how 4 is put in above 4
--you will no longer be able to get it to sort alphanumerical by itself
