Project fails to build from commandline when building to other platform
How to reproduce:
1. Download and unzip the folder (link is in the edit)
2. Open the folder -> Edit both .bat files Editor path to the designated Editor path in the current machine
3. Run build_win.bat (build succeeds using the log files and output project)
4. Run build_xbox.bat (build succeeds using the log files and output project)
5. Delete previous windows artifacts
6. Run build_win.bat
Expected results: Build succeeds using the log files
Actual results: Build fails using the log files
Reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.20f, 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
