Project contents are not compressed to a single archive when they are added separately in the Bug Reporter
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Press Help > Report a bug...
3. Press Add Folder and select any folder from the Project directory
4. Repeat the step 3 for all folders
Expected result: All folders are compressed to a single archive
Actual result: Each folder is compressed to a separate archive
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8
