[Project Browser] Contents of Favorite folder disappear when saving an update in that folder's Scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "case_1362121" project
2. Select "Favorites -> Scenes" in the Project Browser
3. Open one of the Scenes from that folder
4. Do any changes to it
5. Save the changes in the Scene
6. Observe the Project Browser
Expected result: All the files in the folder doesn't disappear
Actual result: All the files in the folder are invisible
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0a6, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.1.9f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a2, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.0a7, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a11
Note: Workaround is to select any other folder from Project Browser and select the "Favorites -> Scenes" folder again
