[Project Browser] Assets are not imported again when reimported from project browser.
Assets are not imported again when reimported from project browser
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Window > Asset Store.
3. Download and Import Unity Standard Assets.
4. Project Browser > Select Assets folder > Right-Click > Reimport.
Expected Result: Selected assets are Reimported.
Actual Result: Selected assets are not Reimported.
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a4, 2019.3.0b3, 2019.3.0a1.
Working Fine on: 2019.2.6f1.
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac.
Note: Reimport All works fine.
