[Progressive Lightmapper] shadows of alpha cutout materials are wrong when Bounces is set to more than 'None'
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "BugReport" scene
3. In Lightmapping settings, make sure that Bounces is set to something other than "None"
4. Generate Lighting
5. Observe the incorrect shadows (bounces_2.png)
Expected: bounces_none.png
Actual: bounces_2.png
Reproducible with: 2017.1.3p4, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.3f1, 2018.2.0b7, trunk (dff33b0a73e2)
