Progress bar blinks red when removing Attachments in Offline mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the new Bug Reporter in offline mode
2. Fill the main fields in the Bug Reporter
3. Remove Attachments pressing "x" button next to them
4. When removing observe Progress bar
Actual results: The Progress Bar blinks red for a split second during the removal of the Attachments
Expected results: No color changes in the Progress Bar
Reproducible with versions: 4.1.1 (6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0a11)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
