Profiling inner coroutines causes the editor to hang
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Test"
3. Open Profiler window
4. Run scene
Editor hangs after ~2 seconds
Note: Editor will not hang if profiler window isn't present
Not reproducible: 5.2.4p1
