[Profiler] Timeline View sometimes fails to render
Reproduction steps:
1. Create new project with URP Template
2. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select on Profiler CPU Usage
5. Observe Timeline View
Expected result: Timeline information is shown
Actual result: Timeline information didn't render
Reproduced with: 2021.3.1f1
Not reproduced with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a15
Not reproducible on: macOS 12.3.1 (Intel), Windows 11

Latest issues
