[Profiler][SRP] UI objects are not displayed and a wrong background is displayed in the UI Preview window when SRP is used
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP Template project
2. Create a new scene and add a Canvas with a UI Image
3. Open the Profiler window and enter Play mode
4. Scroll down to the UI section and click on it
5. Select Canvas -> Batch 0
Expected result: Preview window on the right displays UI objects that are contained in the selected batch
Actual result: No UI objects are drawn in the preview window. The preview background is also set to skybox while it should be either checkerboard, solid white or solid black
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1(7.1.6, 7.4.3), 2020.1.5f1(8.2.0), 2020.2.0a21(9.0.0-preview.55, 10.0.0-preview.26)
Could not test with: 2020.2.0b1, 2020.2.0b2(Another issue from Case 1276001 prevents UI objects from being rendered in Preview window even without SRP enabled)
Notes:
1. Graphics APIs tested - D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan, OpenGLCore
2. Reproducible with URP and HDRP
3. Couldn't check earlier versions and packages than 7.1.6 due to case 1194819 which was fixed in 2019.3.0f3
