Profiler shows activity on UI and Global Illumination when there is no UI and GI is disabled
To reproduce:
1. Open my attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observer Profiler window
Expected: no activity on UI or GI tabs
Actual: activity is seen on UI or GI tabs (check picture attached)
Reproduced in: 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.0p4, 2018.1.0b5
Note: UI components that show activity: Rener
GI components that show activity: Input Lightning, Solve Tasks, Dynamic Objects (also Setup and Environment on older releases)
