Profiler shows 1 static body under Physics (2D) when profiling an empty scene
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Window > Analysis > Profiler
3. Record Play Mode/Edit Mode
4. See the Physics (2D) section
Expected result: Static Bodies count is 0
Actual result: Static Bodies count is 1
Reproducible with: 2017.4.25f1, 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2019.2.0a10
