Profiler Preference Settings padding is not uniform with the rest of Preferences
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Navigate to Edit > Preferences... > Profiler
3. Observe Profiler Preference options description and icon padding on the left side
Actual result: Padding on the left is none or less than the General Preferences options
Expected result: Padding on the left is the same as the General Preferences options
Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.17f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a11
