How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open profiler
3. Click on question mark button
Expected result: Help button redirects to same stream's documentation
Actual result: Help button redirects to 2021.3 stream documentation
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2019.4.40f1, 2022.1.5f1
