[DX12 Editor] Profiler has graphical glitches
When scrubbing through the results on the GPU profiler on Directx12, some corruption causes the graphs to glitch out.
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Sample Scene
3. Have profiler window open and GPU profiler on. I also had CPU and Memory Profiler selected.
4. Press play
5. Switch rendering API to directx12
6. Press play again
6. Try scrubbing through the graphs
Gif provided.
