Profiler.GetMonoUsedSizeLong always returns 0 when used in Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1057232.zip" project
2. Build and Run
3. Notice that Profiler.GetMonoUsedSizeLong returns 0
Expected result: Profiler.GetMonoUsedSizeLong returns the value of the memory in use
Actual result: Profiler.GetMonoUsedSizeLong returns 0
Reproducible with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0a4
Note: fixed in 2018.3.0a5
