[Profiler] Available Counters list does not show up
1. Open new project
2. Open Profiler window
3. Click the module selection dropdown and select the gear icon to open custom modules window
4. Observe the "Available Counters" list not present
5. (Optional) Enter/exit play mode twice and the list will reappear
Expected: The counters should be shown right away
Actual: They are not shown until you enter and exit play mode twice
