[Profiler] 'Available Counters' are missing in Profiler Module Editor
In the Profiler Modules window while adding the custom module, 'Available Counters' are missing in Profiler Module Editor so which resulting no custom module can be added.

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Window > Analysis > Profiler
3. Profiler Modules > Profiler Module Editor > Add custom module
4. Observe 'Available Counters' > Try to save custom module
Actual Result: 'Available Counters' are missing in Profiler Module Editor.
Expected Result:
'Available Counters' should present in Profiler Module Editor and custom module added successfully.
Note: Profile Module Editor is introduced in 2020.2.0a15
