[Profiler] A bar floats off to the left in the Timeline when a bar is selected and the Timeline is scaled down
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Profiler (Window->Analysis->Profiler)
3. Enter the Play Mode, record some data and exit the Play Mode
4. Enable CPU Profiler (top-left of the Profiler window Add Profiler->CPU)
5. Select any part of the CPU Frame chart
6. Change the Module detail panel to show Timeline view (top-left of the Module details panel press on the drop-down list and select "Timeline")
7. In the Module details panel select any bar
8. Resize the Timeline to a smaller size
Expected results: No matter how small the Timeline is shrunk no bar will float off to the left
Actual results: When you shrink the Timeline's size small enough a bar will float off to the left
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10
Notes:
- Reproducible with not Standalone and integrated Profiler
