[Profile Analyzer] Bar Charts overlaps with scroll bars and marker details
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "PAnalize0a5.zip"
2. In Profile Analyzer window, Load "capture1.pdata"
3. In "Marker Details for currently selected range" window, right-click the first row and enable "Total Bar"
4. Observe "Total Bar" column
Expected result: Bar Chart does not overlap with UI
Actual result: Bar Chart overlaps with UI
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 (package version unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.4.0-preview.3, 0.6.0-preview.1
