Probuilder Prefab Object Collider and Material reset to default values after clicking Apply
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted Project
2. Select the "StalagmiteGrouping1" Object in the Hierarchy
3. In the Inspector window click "Apply"
4. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: The material and collider stays the same
Actual result: The material and collider reset to the default values
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.1.4f1
Note: Tested with Probuilder version - 3.0.8
