[Probuilder] New Poly Shape Object is not created when using the Tools dropdown menu from the Toolbar
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Window > Package Manager > Probuilder > Install
3. Tools > Probuilder > Editors > New Poly Shape
Expected results: New Poly Shape object is created
Actual results: New Poly Shape object is not created
Reproducible with: 5.0.0-pre.7(2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3)
Not reproducible with: 4.4.0, 4.5.0(2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.3f1)
Workaround: New Poly Shapes can still be created using the ProBuilder Window

Fixed in ProBuilder 5.0.0-pre.10 which is available in Unity 2019.4 and above
