[ProBuilder] Hovering an element on a PB object give the same visual feedback regardless of the selection state
Hovering an element on a PB object give the same visual feedback regardless of the selection state of the element, making it appear paler if the element is selected.
Also clicking on an element to select and deselect doesn't give any visual feedback since the highlight shader is the same.
When the element is selected, the highlight color should be added on top of the selected color to be more obvious and less confusing.
