ProBuilder deletes all but one of the selected Polyshapes when 'Merge Objects' option is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open submitted project (ProBuilder_Merge)
2. Open the 'SampleScene' scene
3. Select the two Polyshapes and use the 'Merge Objects' option from the ProBuilder window
Expected result: Polyshapes are merged successfully
Actual result: all but one Polyshapes are deleted
Reproducible with: 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a9
Notes:
Reproduction is not consistent. Sometimes the Polyshapes are merged as expected
Deselecting and reselecting, undoing and remerging the Polyshapes may help cause the issue if it fails to reproduce the first few times
