[ProBuilder] Cursor is not visible in the Scene view after clicking RMB when creating new shape
Reproduction steps:
# Open the user attached project
# Go to Tools → ProBuilder → ProBuilder Window
# In the ProBuilder window select “New Shape”
# In the Scene view press RMB
Expected result: cursor is visible in the Scene view
Actual result: cursor is not visible in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 5.0.4, 5.0.6 (2023.1.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 5.0.4, 5.0.6 (2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a7)
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: the bug is probably contained in the Editor since the package version has no effect on this case

Fixed by another internal issue: UUM-12529: Cursor disappears in the Inspector window when hovering and trying to click and drag on Transform fields
