[ProBuilder] Create Shape panel doesn't keep its width fixed
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Install ProBuilder package
- Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder Window > New Shape
- Select "Plane"
- Expand "Shape Properties (New Shape)"
- Hover mouse in and out of that "Create Shape" panel, change values in that panel, ...
- Expected result: "Create Shape" panel does not resize
- Actual result: the width of the panel jumps between two widths
