[PreviewRenderUtility] Unity freezes when calling Render() on a preview camera that does not have an activeTexture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "RenderFreeze" project
2. Go to "Bug Reproduction" (custom menu item) --> and click on "Force freeze"
Expected result: Unity does not freeze
Actual result: Unity freezes
Regression introduced in - 5.6.1p1
Reproducible with - 5.6.4p2, 5.6.1p1
Not reproducible with - 5.6.1f1, 5.6.0a1, 5.5.5p1
Fixed in - 2017.1.0a1 and later
