Preview shows nonexistent mesh parts when the Scale Factor of the model is changed and applied
To reproduce:
1. Import the attached model into a new project (office.blend)
2. In the Import settings of the model, change Scale Factor
3. Observe how the model looks in the Preview window
Expected: changing Scale Factor of a model doesn't blow it out strangely in the Preview window
Reproduced in 2017.1.0b10, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.1.1p2
Did not reproduce in 5.5.5f1, 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.0b9, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b3
