Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the "Get started with unity" template
2. Make sure the Tutorial tab is open
3. Press the "Show Tutorials" button (Tutorials > Show Tutorials)
4. Observe the Tutorials tab

Actual results: The Tutorials tab becomes larger

Expected results: Nothing happens since the Tutorials tab is already open

Reproducible with versions: 4.1.3 (6000.1.14f1), 5.0.0 (6000.2.0b12, 6000.3.0a3)

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5

Notes:

• This can be repeated multiple times, every time the "Show Tutorials" button is pressed, the Tutorials tab becomes larger and larger
