Pressing Enter does nothing after typing command line arguments
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Hub
2. Click the three dots next to a project > "Add command line arguments"
3. Click in the text field
4. Click outside of the text field but inside of the modal
5. Press Enter
Expected result: the modal closes
Actual result: nothing happens
Reproducible with: 3.4.1, 3.4.2-beta.1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
