Preferences Button is replaced with the loading icon whenever a Search Background Task is active
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a "Universal 3D Sample" Project
# Navigate to Window > Search > New Window
# Observe the Preferences button in the bottom right of the Search Window
# Search for "scene"
# Observe and Click on the loading icon in the bottom right of the Search Window
*Actual results:* The Preferences button is replaced with the loading icon whenever a Search Background Task is active, Loading icon acts as the Preferences button
*Expected results:* Loading icon should appear next to the Preferences button and shouldn't have the Preferences button's functionality
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.29f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.4f1
*Can’t test with versions:* 2021.3.39f1 (No loading icon)
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11, macOS Sonoma M1

Resolution Note:
Instead of adding new icons in the statuys bar, we have decided to indicate that the search is being performed by modifying the preference icon.
