PrefabUtility.LoadPrefabContents crashes the Editor when the asset path to the Prefab does not exist
How to reproduce:
1. Open tester-attached project (LoadPrefabContents)
2. Drag the script 'NewBehaviourScript.cs' onto any GameObject
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the Editor does not crash
Actual result: the Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a6, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
