Prefab's Transform Position and Rotation are always highlighted even after Applying changes
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "PrefabHighlightBug.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "Cube" object
3. In Inspector window, press Apply
4. Observe Transform component
Expected result: all prefab's values are applied and unhighlighted
Actual result: Transform's component Position and Rotation are always highlighted
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p1, 2018.3.0a3
