[Prefabs] Legacy prefabs are broken after upgrading a project to 2018.3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Clone and open the Enter The Room project (info in the comments)
2. Open any of the scenes
3. Notice that nothing is rendered on screen and existing prefabs show up as "Missing Prefab" in the hierarchy panel
Notes:
- Selecting a prefab in the Project panel still shows an accurate prefab preview in the preview pane
- Double-clicking a prefab in the Project view opens a prefab without issues

This isn't resolved, just upgraded from 2018.2.18f1 to 2018.3.12f1 and all our prefabs are "missing" as per OP :(

Just had this happen when opening my 2018.1 project in 2019.1.b9 -- every single prefab in my project is broken and gone. What the hell, Unity?
