Prefabs' icons are blank after creating a new High Definition RP project
How to reproduce it:
1. Create a new High Definition RP project
2. In the Project Window select the 'Assets' folder
3. In the Project Window toolbar click on the Search by Type button and select the 'Prefab' value
4. Notice filtered Prefabs and their icons
Expected result: All of the prefabs' icons are visible
Actual result: Prefabs' icons are blank
Reproducible with: 6.5.2-preview (2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a12), 7.3.1 (2019.4.14f1), 8.2.0 (2020.1.13f1)
Not reproducible with: 4.1.0-preview (2018.4.29f1), 5.16.1-preview (2019.3.0a1), 10.1.0 (2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a5)
Note: Only reproducible with High Definition RP project
Workaround: Reimport each Prefab individually

Resolution Note:
Not reproducible with HDRP 10.2.2, prefab icons are slow to appear but after a couple of seconds, they are correctly generated. Some prefabs will still use the default prefab icon in some cases because the object is not previewable (for example a camera, light, or other invisible objects).
