Prefab view reverts to scene view when building the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "PrefabView"
2. Double click on the prefab "ExamplePrefab" to open prefab view
3. Build the project
Expected result: Prefab view is still open
Actual result: Prefab view reverts to the to the scene view
Reproducible with: 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.0a13
