[mac] Popup windows appear on the wrong display
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ReproductionProject (1)"
2. In the Project window, go to Assets -> Prefabs
3. Select the "Coin" prefab
4. Make sure to have a second monitor and an Editor opened on the first one
5. In the Inspector, go to the Prefab Variant Menu near the "Open" button
Expected results: The menu opens on the same monitor where the Editor is
Actual results: The menu opens on the second monitor
Reproducible with: 6000.1.0b10, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b9
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
