Prefab Instance with a broken Prefab connection is created when Prefab with name lenght over the limit is being created
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the submitted project
2. Drag the GameObject from the scene to the project window to create a Prefab
3. Press Cancel on the error message
4. Inspect the GameObject
Expected result: No Prefab connection is created
Actual result: Broken Prefab connection is created
Reproduced with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a8
Notes:
In Unity version 2018.3.0a5 and below will display a valid Prefab connection instead and the error message will appear multiple times.
