Prefab icon is not updated when sprite pivot is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project '1411032.zip'
2. In Project window press on 'download' image
3. Open Inspector, change the pivot of selected image and press 'Apply'
4. Observe the prefab icon in Project window
Expected result: The icon of 'GameObject' prefab is changed
Actual result: The icon of 'GameObject' prefab is not changed
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a5, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a13
Note: On 2021.2 alpha versions the reproducible/non-reproducible versions are correct when creating a project from scratch. When updating/downgrading, the issue behaves differently than expected.
