Prefab font is different from previous versions in the Prefab Title, Position and Rotation rows in Transform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Create a new GameObject in the scene (Right-click in Hierarchy -> 3D Object -> Cube)
3. Drag the Cube GameObject to the Project View to make it a prefab
4. Select Cube GameObject or the created Prefab
5. Observe the Inspector
Expected results: Font is uniform with the rest of Unity and the same as in the versions before
Actual result: Font is larger in the Prefab Title, Position and Rotation rows in Transform
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1, 2019.4.34f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1
