PostProcessing packages is hidden, unless you start a project with the Ultra Template
Repro steps:
- I started a project with the simple 3D Template
- I wanted the Cinemachine package
- I quickly noticed that the Cinamechine package requires the PostProcessing package
- Got to PackageManager and notice that you can't see that package
In comparisson, starting the project with the 3D Ultra template adds the PostProcessing package to the project by default.
Expectation: if the PostProcessing package is indeed a packae, it should be available for users to add to their project post-creation, not just by building it into the template.
