[PostProcessing] Ambient occlusion does not work in forward rendering in 5.5.4p1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Assets/scatter.unity scene
3. Play the scene
4. Select the camera and change rendering mode to Forward
5. Observe, using AO with a forward camera displays only the AO, it is not blended with the screen buffer

Actual result: AO with a forward camera displays only the AO, it is not blended with the screen buffer
Expected result: AO should work normally

Reproduced with: 5.5.4p1
Not reproduced with: 5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0b1
