[Post Processing Stack] Changing the Layer of a Post Process Volume early or late causes MissingReferenceExceptions
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "PPv2Bugs(2).zip"
2. Open either "Case 1 - Early Layer Change" or "Case 2 - Late Layer Change" Scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected results: Layer change succeeds and no errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual results: MissingReferenceException is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1(Project breaks on downgrade)
